Important: The Department of Education issued new federal Title IX regulations that were to be effective August 1, 2024. However, after  significant litigation a federal judge issued a nationwide decision on January 9th, 2025 determining that the previous regulations were invalid and must be set aside in their entirety. Please continue to refer to the Sexual Misconduct/Harassment Policy for the current governing procedures regarding Title IX.
