Frequently Asked Questions

When will my financial aid be available?

Check our Payment Info and Deadlines page for the date that financial aid and scholarships will be applied to student accounts and made available to you.

Looking for the Release of Financial Account Information Form?

For us to be able to share details about your student's college finances, have your student download, print and return the Release of Financial Account Information Form.

As a senior citizen aged 60 or greater and a resident of Park County how do I get the Golden Age waiver?

The Golden Age Waiver will be applied to your account after the drop date of each semester. The Golden Age Waiver covers only the amount of tuition.

All mandatory fees charged to all students per credit hour as well as any specific course fees are NOT covered by the waiver and are the students responsibility for payment. If you have questions about the charges you owe please contact the Business Office.

Who should I make my check out to and where should I mail it to?

Please make checks out to Northwest College or NWC.
