Some courses require math, English, or reading placement tests. Others require that you complete another course first. Course descriptions in the schedule specify prerequisites. More information about prerequisite courses is in the college catalog:
A minimum of 12 credit hours is required to be considered a full-time student. The typical course load for a full-time student is 16-18 credit hours. Students who want to enroll in more than 20 credit hours must have a Northwest College cumulative GPA of 3.00 and permission from their advisor. Additional tuition will be charged at the per-credit-hour rate.
