Women's Squad Blanked by Nationally-Ranked Foes
The Northwest College men’s soccer team stepped back onto the pitch after an 11-day layoff to post a 4-1 non-conference victory over North Idaho on Saturday. The win improves the men’s team to 3-1-2 overall this season.

Women's Soccer wins opener
When Northwest College head soccer coach Rob Hill began the task of assembling the school’s first-ever women’s soccer program, he started by signing Belgrade, Mont., freshman Sydney Heckel. On Friday, Heckel rewarded Hill’s faith with a pair of goals in a 3-0 Northwest victory over Dodge City.

Soccer era opens with promise
Intercollegiate soccer made its debut for Northwest College this past weekend. By all accounts, the coming-out party has to be considered a rousing success. In their first four games — two men’s, two women’s — Northwest College returned home from a lengthy road trip with a combined 2-1-1 record.

BHS' Heckel starting over at Northwest College
When it comes to starting over, it won't get any newer than the road Sydney Heckel is taking. The Belgrade High School senior recently signed a national letter of intent to play soccer at Northwest College in Powell, Wyo. this fall. The program is beginning its first season, and Heckel was one of the team's initial recruits.
