Women Making Strong Push For No. 2 Seed
A late season push has propelled the Northwest College women’s basketball team into the conversation for a first round bye in the Region IX playoffs. The Trappers continued their run of good form defeating Eastern Wyoming on the road 63-60 and holding off Western Wyoming at home 63-58.

Trappers Jump To Winning Record
A slow start to the season has been met with a furious midseason rally by the Northwest College women’s basketball team. The Trappers pushed their way to a winning record for the first time this season, winning their sixth game in their last seven attempts with a 67-46 victory at Western Wyoming on Jan. 27.

Fourth Quarter Comeback Salvages 1-1 Region Start For NWC Women
An up and down week for the Trapper women’s basketball team started with a lopsided loss on the road to No. 20 ranked Casper College. However, a late fourth quarter comeback at home against Eastern Wyoming salvaged a 1-1 Region IX North start for the Northwest College squad.

Strong Second Half Lifts Trappers
A slow start to the season has been met with a stronger response, as the Trapper women won their fourth game in a row to push their season record to 8-8 last weekend. NWC used a strong second half to defeat Miles Community College (MCC) at home 69-48 on Saturday.
