Trapper Volleyball Shows Improvement
A month after hosting its first scrimmage, Northwest College volleyball traveled north to Miles City, Montana, on Saturday for more scrimmages against Miles Community College and Dawson Community College. Just like the first time around, the Trappers escaped the weekend unscathed.

NWC Volleyball Successful In Scrimmage
For the first time in months, Northwest College volleyball took the court in a match setting on Saturday. The Trappers played host to Miles Community College for back-to-back scrimmages — one at 11 a.m., and another at 2 p.m.

Residents Rally To Clean Up Polecat Bench
Dozens of local residents spent their Saturday morning cleaning up trash on Polecat Bench north of Powell. As perhaps a testament to both their hard work and the scope of the illegal dumping in the area, the volunteers filled an industrial-sized roll-off container and a trailer within a couple of hours. Everyone seemed a little bit shocked at how much trash they’d picked up.
