- First 30 minutes: “Tell us about your vision and the steps you would take to make Northwest College the best it can be in an evolving higher education landscape”
- Second 30 minutes: “Present on a topic related to higher education about which you are passionate”
- Q & A, 30 minutes: A moderator posed the “most frequently asked questions” which were submitted by the campus community and public. The candidate had up to 5 minutes to extemporaneously answer each question.
