P O W E L L, W y o. - Ceramic cups, bowls, plates, pitchers and other functional pottery will be up for sale Friday, May 4, when the Northwest College Art Club holds its end-of-year Pottery Sale from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Ceramic Studio (Room 3) of the Cabre Building.
The student work features mostly functional pieces with a variety of glaze colors and techniques from high fire and wood fire kilns. The wood fire pieces were fired in Casper when Elaine DeBuhr, an NWC ceramics instructor and six of her students traveled to Casper College to participate in the special firing process.
Prices range from $5 up.
