Gauging by the looks on her students’ faces, Northwest College Child Care Assistant Becky Wagner teaches amazing things in her preschool class. Her appreciative students are (l-r) Zane North, Lane Coble and Peyton Borcher. Northwest is the only college in Wyoming that provides preschool opportunities to community members who qualify for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) funding. Openings are available in both the 2-3 year-old and 4-5 year-old classes. The preschool program is free to TANF-qualified parents, regardless of whether or not they’re NWC students.
