The annual Northwest College Multicultural Showcase returns this year with all the smells, tastes, sights and sounds from countries around the world, representing some of the unique cultures NWC students call home. The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 30, from 1 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. on the bottom floor of the DeWitt Student Center.
The showcase features homemade cuisine from 17 countries, student performances of music, dance, poetry and more, as well as a silent auction and colorful displays of authentic collectables from countries from nearly every continent. Proceeds will go towards the Student Travel Endowment, which helps Northwest College students in their travel endeavors.
Admission to the event is free, with food tickets $2 each, or $20 for all-you-can-eat. Northwest College students get five free tickets with a valid college ID.
