P O W E L L, W y o. - Powell's Business and Breakfast series continues Tuesday, April 24, with a presentation by Chris Turner, developer and host of "Comfort Food Radio," Wyoming's only live comedy and music variety show.
Turner will talk about how to "Make Your News Everybody's News," explaining how and who to contact in radio, television and newspaper "to get your news, event or product across."
There's no charge to attend the 8:30-9:30 a.m. program, which includes a continental breakfast.
The free one-hour Business and Breakfast series is sponsored the last Tuesday of each month to give hectic business owners an opportunity to pick up some business savvy before heading to the workplace. Sponsors are the NWC Center for Training and Development, Powell Valley Chamber of Commerce, Wyoming Small Business Development Center, U.S. Small Business Administration, Wyoming Business Council and the University of Wyoming.
