POWELL, Wyo. - Stories about new employees, an outside mediator's visit to campus and updates on sports and entertainment are a few of the items the college community can read about in the school semester's first edition of the award-winning Northwest Trail. It hit the stands Thursday, Sept. 9.
A publication of Northwest College since 1956, the Trail is a weekly paper circulated throughout campus and the Powell and Cody communities.
In the last couple of decades the Trail and its staffers have won numerous awards for reporting and photography, including the prestigious Pacemaker award, given to two- and four-year schools for overall newspaper excellence by the Associated Collegiate Press.
