POWELL, Wyo. - Local demand for an encore presentation of the video "Celebrating What's Right with the World" will be answered Thursday, May 21, with an evening showing in the Northwest College Cody Center for Training and Development.
A half-hour networking session begins at 6 p.m., with the video and discussion scheduled from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
The NWC Center for Training and Development originally presented Dewitt Jones' "Celebrate What's Right with the World" as part of an April luncheon series program titled "Celebrating What's Right in Park County and Beyond." The video explores Jones' take on the power of possibilities and the impact of vision. With its compelling message to look for the possibilities and to believe in what's possible, the video can be especially valuable for those who are facing challenges or change in either their personal or professional life.
Jones is one of America's leading professional photographers. In his 20-year career with National Geographic, he found the creative tools he employed as a photographer had an even deeper application when applied directly to his personal and professional life. Using dialogue and stunning photography, Jones illustrates this approach to life, encouraging others to adopt a practice of vision and celebration. He advances seven key concepts to achieving a sense of what's right with the world.
During the discussion session, viewers will be encouraged to use Jones' concepts in clarifying a vision, both for themselves and their organizations.
Cost is $5 per person. For more information or to reserve a seat, e-mail Janet or call (307) 587-3506.
