P O W E L L, W y o. - The Northwest College Center for Training and Development in Powell will present an Employment Law Fundamentals seminar from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, April 5.
Joey Darrah, an attorney with Darrah, Darrah and Brown, will give a detailed presentation on what federal law dictates regarding sexual harassment, age discrimination and disability discrimination. He will also highlight Wyoming's state laws on employee handbooks, workers compensation and retaliation.
Cost is $20 and includes lunch.
