POWELL, Wyo. - Programs by Middle East scholar Seth Ward on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 29 and 30, are canceled because weather hazards prevented Ward from leaving the East Coast.
He was scheduled to talk Monday about “Democracy and Religion in the Middle East” and on Tuesday about “Foodways, Faith, Fellowship and Identity.” Rescheduling options are being explored.
The programs were sponsored by the Wyoming Humanities Council’s Humanities Forum in collaboration with the NWC Diversity Awareness Committee and Powell Valley Community Education.
