POWELL, Wyo. - Northwest College students from Chile invite the public to celebrate their country’s bicentennial at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29, in the Rendezvous Lounge of the DeWitt Student Center.
The four students will give a brief presentation on Chile’s 200-year history and provide samples of traditional Chilean food. They’ll also dance the Cueca and teach the steps to the audience.
This Chilean Night is sponsored by the NWC International Student Club as part of the college’s celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.
Admission is free.
