Business and Breakfast program on growing a business in China

P O W E L L, W y o. - Tom Fitzsimmons will talk about his experiences growing and marketing a business in China at the next Business and Breakfast seminar Tuesday, March 27, at the Northwest College Center for Training and Development.

The 8-9 a.m. program, which includes a continental breakfast, is free of charge.

Fitzsimmons founded CBM International Engineering, based out of Cody, and over the past two years has recruited and managed a staff of engineers with over 90 years of conventional and unconventional oil and gas experience. In addition to his role as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Nielson and Associates, Fitzsimmons is the operating manager for Iron Creek Energy Group. He'll talk about the opportunities and challenges of creating a business in the largest emerging market in the world.

The free one-hour Business and Breakfast series is sponsored the last Tuesday of each month to give hectic business owners an opportunity to pick up some business savvy before heading to the workplace. Sponsors are the NWC Center for Training and Development, Powell Valley Chamber of Commerce, Wyoming Small Business Development Center, U.S. Small Business Administration, Wyoming Business Council, and the University of Wyoming.
