P O W E L L, W y o. - Park County legislators will talk about the 2008 Wyoming legislative session Tuesday, April 29, at the 8 a.m. Business and Breakfast program sponsored monthly at the Northwest College Center for Training and Development in Powell.
Titled "Legislative Review ~ What it Means for You," the one-hour program gives local legislators an opportunity to share their impressions and insights from the recent legislative session. They'll focus on the major bills, the discussions they generated and how they affect Park County residents and their businesses. If time allows, a question-and-answer session will also be included.
If all Park County legislators are able to attend, the roster of speakers will include Sens. Hank Coe and Ray Peterson, and Reps. Pat Childers, Elaine Harvey, Alan Jones and Colin Simpson.
There's no charge to attend the program, which includes a continental breakfast.
The free one-hour Business and Breakfast series is held the last Tuesday of each month. Sponsors are the NWC Center for Training and Development, Powell Valley Chamber of Commerce, Wyoming WyomingEntrepreneur.Biz, U.S. Small Business Administration, Wyoming Business Council and the University of Wyoming.
