POWELL, Wyoming — Local residents can hear first-hand how America’s education system differs from others around the world when 12 international students talk about education in their homelands Wednesday, Nov. 19. The program starts at 7 p.m. in the Yellowstone Building at Northwest College.
NWC students from Chile, England Japan, Macau, South Africa and Turkmenistan will share their experiences navigating the education structures on nearly every continent.
The program includes plenty of time for open discussion and food service after the presentation. It is sponsored by the NWC Multicultural Club, Intercultural Programs, Diversity Awareness Committee and Student Senate.
Admission is free.
