NWC stumbles into tournament
The Northwest College men’s and women’s soccer teams wrapped up their first regular seasons over the weekend with a series of one-sided defeats. The Trapper women dropped a 4-0 contest at nationally-ranked Laramie County Community College. The Trapper men also dropped a 4-0 contest at LCCC before also falling 3-1 at Otero.

NWC Men Fall in OT to Otero
Despite playing a man up for more than a half, the Northwest College men’s soccer team fell 2-1 in overtime to Otero on Saturday in the final home game of the year for the Trappers. The contest featured the first-ever meeting between Region IX’s two newest soccer programs.

NWC wins Region IX contest
Leonardo Medeiros scored twice within a 90-second span of the first half on Tuesday as the Northwest College Trappers defeated Western Wyoming by a 3-1 final count. The victory keeps Northwest College very much alive in the hunt for a Region IX men’s soccer title in their inaugural season.

Trapper men's soccer team wins
The Northwest College men’s soccer team stepped back onto the pitch after an 11-day layoff to post a 4-1 non-conference victory over North Idaho on Saturday. The win improves the men’s team to 3-1-2 overall this season.

Trapper men tie up Laramie
Like any good coach, Northwest College men’s soccer skipper Rob Hill wanted the victory. That said, he wasn’t exactly upset by his team’s 2-2 tie against Region IX foe Laramie County Community College on Thursday.
