Cruising along
The Northwest College men’s basketball team continued its fiery start to the season with a trio of wins last week, including a sweep of Williston State College and Montana-Western at the First Bank of Wyoming Shootout over the weekend. The Trappers, who received votes in last week’s NJCAA basketball poll, are now 8-0 on the season.

Trapper men stay perfect
The Northwest College men’s basketball program improved to 5-0 on the young season with weekend wins over Northeastern and Dodge City. The Trappers were also in action Wednesday night at Billings against the Rocky Mountain College JV team.

Trapper men receive recognition
The latest NJCAA men’s basketball poll was released Tuesday and the Northwest College Trappers are one of a substantial group of teams to receive national recognition.

NWC men begin 3-0
After leading the state of Colorado in scoring as a high school senior last season, it took Trapper freshman Chris Hansen just one week to make an exclamation point debut as a collegiate freshman. Hansen tallied 84 points over a three-game stretch to help Northwest College begin its season 3-0.

Northwest College hoop season tips off Wednesday
The 2011-2012 men’s and women’s basketball season at Northwest College officially begins this Wednesday as the Trapper teams host the Rocky Mountain College JV squad at Cabre Gymnasium. The NWC women will call Ken Rochlitz Court to order at 5:30 p.m. with the men’s game to follow.
