Northwest College traveled 8 students to Denver, Colorado for the Western States Communication Association Convention Tournament on February 21-13. As a team, NWC finished 1st among 2-year institution, 2nd overall, and won the Best in the West traveling trophy (the first time a community college has ever won). In addition to competition in the tournament, students were able to attend the Western States Communication Association conference, with Aidan Hunt presenting in the student showcase and participating in the panel discussion on Feb. 22.
