Northwest College is closely monitoring the coronavirus situation. As the season for Spring Break and travel approaches, please consider taking the following precautions to protect yourself from coronavirus (a virus with symptoms that include mild to severe respiratory illness with fever, cough, and shortness of breath).
1) Avoid close contact with sick people
2) While sick, limit contact with others as much as possible
3) Stay home if sick
4) Cover note and mouth when coughing or sneezing. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth. Germs spread this way.
5) Clean and disinfect surface and objects that may be contaminated with germs.
6) Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand rub with at least 60% alcohol.

We urge caution and careful consideration when making plans to travel. Accross the nation, we continue to hear and learn more about the coronavirus urging us all to consider the risks involved and consider cancelling trips that are not absolutely necessary at this time.
Have a safe and enjoyable Spring Break!
