Statewide Online Offerings

Hyflex Learning

Hyflex courses are delivered in an adaptive hybrid model (hyflex), meaning they are offered in multiple formats:

  • Through traditional face-to-face instruction in a classroom
  • On video (Zoom) during regularly scheduled class time (synchronous)
  • Online at any time during the week, for those unable to attend class in person or through Zoom (asynchronous)

Students can choose from week-to-week between all three formats, based on other demands or their personal schedules any given day.

Workforce Training

Northwest College's Center For Training and Development (CTD) provides superior quality training programs for communities and businesses throughout the Big Horn Basin.

NEW Location: 1102 East 7th Street in Powell (the old Wyoming National Guard armory)

Adult Education

  • Prepare for and take a High School Equivalency Certificate examination
  • Increase your reading, writing, and math skills
  • Develop resume, cover letter, and interviewing skills
  • Improve your college placement test scores

Free of charge. Offered aross the Big Horn Basin (Powell, Cody, Lovell, Greybull, Basin and Worland).
